A small number of devices are experiencing intermittent communication failures caused by changes to O2's 2G/3G network infrastructure. This is not related to device hardware or firmware. Yeltech is working directly with O2 and Network Rail to agree a resolution as quickly as possible. If you have devices showing as offline or not reporting as expected, please contact us by raising an issue.
